At San Alberto Magno School we take seriously the nutrition of our students, because we are aware of its importance during the stage of growth.
We have our own kitchen, in a building of more than 600m2 for the School Dining Room.
In the dining room we teach proper eating behaviour and the acquisition of healthy eating habits.
The menus are prepared under the advice of nutrition experts and are elaborated by highly qualified personnel, under strict safety and hygiene rules.
Healthy food cooking techniques are encouraged in our kitchen:
One day a week, organic fruit is offered as a dessert, cultivated without pesticides or chemical products.
In the monthly menu of the school canteen there are culinary recommendations for the dinners so that the parents can maintain the balance of the different food groups in the daily diet.
Provisions are made daily and weekly from local suppliers in the area.
We offer individualized attention that includes personalized therapeutic diets for those students who need it due to allergies, intolerances, hypocaloric diets, etc.
